How to make Glycerin Soap

1 pound pure glycerin soap base
1/8 tsp. fragrance oil
1 to 2 drops of colorant or food color.

Procedure:
1. Melt 1 pound of glycerin soap base in a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl or container. Heat the soap base to around 55 degrees C, 155 degrees F, or until melted. Take it off the heat.
2. Depending on your desired color, add 1 to 2 drops of your chosen colorant to the melted soap base. And mix well. If bubbles form, spray with rubbing alcohol.
3. Gradually add in your desired fragrance oil. Add a little more fragrance if the scent is too light for you. Mix thoroughly.
4. If all the ingredients mix well and no bubbles are formed, pour the soap mixture into your chosen molds.
5. After pouring the mixture and watching bubbles form on top, spray with rubbing alcohol. Spray until no more bubbles are visible.
6. Set the soap molds aside for 30 minutes to an hour. After that, place the soap molds in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
7. Take the soap molds out of the freezer, then unmold them.
8. Your soaps can now be placed in your packages.
The entire basic process above takes around 2 hours, including cooling and freezing. The soap-making process is safe, quick, and simple, and no unique ingredients are required.

Maintain low heat as much as possible when melting glycerin in a double boiler for best results. The glycerin soap base will appear cloudy and beady if you melt it directly. Wrap the soap in plastic after it has cooled, and been unmolded to avoid attracting moisture.
